We are currently working with a successful security company who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their small and friendly head office team. Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 6 you will be responsible for processing payroll for around 4000 employees.
Key duties of this role will include but not be limited to: collating and exporting payroll data, month end reports and KPI’S for the Directors, processing advance payments manually by BACS/CHAPS, running start to finish payrolls, monthly and fortnightly paid employees, following strict deadlines for both UK and Irish Clients, providing daily support to employees and managers, benefit scheme administration, responsible for benefit scheme administration including, assisting with the Irish Payroll process and processing starters and leavers.
Experience with processing end to end, high volume payroll is essential. You must also have strong excel skills, great attention to detail, be able to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience using Resourcelink and CIPP level 2 or 3 qualifications are highly desirable.
This position will be based in their offices full time.
