We are excited to be partnering our client who, due to their busy workload, an opportunity has come up within their payroll function.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following;
* Processing multiple clients payrolls across varying frequencies – weekly, monthly and four weekly
* Administering all statutory payments/deductions – including SMP, SPP, SSP, National Insurance & PAYE
* Processing starters and leavers and issuing P45s
* Ensuring payroll deadlines are met and paid out on time
* Submitting RTI information via an FPS and dealing with HMRC when queries arise
* Good understanding of pro-rated pay, including calculations for daily and hourly rates, term-time only employees.
* Resolving all pay queries
