Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy and demanding team to assist with high volume workload on a 3 month FTC basis

Duties include;

* Supports and work within the payroll team in line with timelines and deadlines for queries
* Point of contact for investigating and dealing with queries on a high volume basis
* Liaising with the various team to resolve complex payroll issues
* Involved in managing and processing payroll data
* Manual calculations for SMP, SSP, TAX & NI
* Overtime payments and queries
* Calculations for overpayments and complex pay issues
* Produces summary reporting and information on payroll data
* Handling sensitive and confidential data and pay transactions in a professional manner
* Maintain a high level of professional confidentiality and accuracy at all times
* Monitor and track payroll related activities to make sure that these are communicated in plenty of time and within payroll deadlines
* Where issues arise, raise this in a proactive way so that they can be resolved as soon as possible
* Liaising with employees over the telephone, via zoom & email
* You will need to have excellent communication skills and need to be a natural problem solver
