Payroll Administrator to join a growing business and be part of a team that process a high volumed payroll across a number of different entities.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following;
* Processing and end to end high volume payroll run
* Responsible for any amendments in a timely manner which includes, change of rates/hours
* Ensuring all forms i.e. court order etc are processed in accordance with agreed deadlines
* Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes etc.
* Process all Temporary data received in a timely manner e.g. overtime, bonus, car allowance etc and to ensure all these are processed in accordance to company policies and with the agreed deadline
* Resolving any payroll queries from UK and Ireland employees via telephone and e-mail
* Producing tax information on a monthly and annual basis i.e. P45, Real Time Information returns, P60, P11d
