Payroll Administrator to join a prestigious Marketing/PR Consultancy powerhouse in the heart of London to assist in the processing of their UK payrolls from start to finish. The role will be working collaboratively with the Payroll Manager to assist in not just the payroll but any ad hoc projects
Day to day responsibilities will include the following;
* Assisting with the processing and end to end payroll run
* Responsible for and of annual pay rounds and share awards
* Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes etc.
* Resolving any payroll queries from UK employees via telephone and e-mail
* Producing tax information on a monthly and annual basis i.e. P45, Real Time Information returns, P60, P11d
* Running regular and ad hoc reports from the payroll and accounts systems for HR and external auditors,
