A Payroll Administrator is currently being recruiting for on a permanent basis for a client who is going through a large period of growth – this role will report into the Compensation Manager & will make up part of the payroll team.
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
Assisting with the monthly payroll processing from start to finish – this payroll is very complex with multiple T&Cs and variables.
Administering all statutory deductions & ensuring accurate submission to the HMRC
Investigate the cause of any payroll errors & resolve all payroll related queries
Work with reward related projects such as salary benchmarking, assisting with annual pay review and bonus payments & be a point of contact for reward & benefit related queries
To be considered for this role, you must have previously worked on a start to finish payroll.
