Our client is a successful chartered accountancy practise with its accounts department in North London.
An excellent place to work, the company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to become a permanent fixture within the team.
Working in a high calibre payroll team and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll Administrator role will include:
* Monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations
* Monthly labour reconciliations
* Internal point of contact for payroll queries
* Liaison with outsourced payroll provider
* Maintenance of Sage 50 Payroll system
* Posting journals and submissions to HMRC.
* Assist with budget preparation
* Ad hoc support to the Finance Manager and Finance Director
Relevant payroll admin experience is required, together with reconciliations and good Excel skills. A pro-active self-starter is required with the personality to work well in a team.
