I’m recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a well known and reputable organisation based in Watford! This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team with fantastic career progression.
* Processing starters and leavers and manual calculations
* Processing changes to salary Allowances and Deductions
* Administration of Statutory payments and deductions such as, SSP, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance
* Generating, check/process and weekly timesheets.
* Processing Tax Code changes P45, P46 and EDI
* Checking and resolving any issues that will have a direct impact on the Payroll Team’s ability to pay in an accurate and timely measure
* Performing auditing and checking of payroll input and output.
* Administration and assistance with Tax Year End.
* Providing excellent customer service
* Assistance when required with Internal Audits and HM Revenue & Customs Compliance Audits
