Job Start Date: ASAP

* End to End processing of payroll
* Correlating the timesheets and entering data
* Checking and processing the expense and mileage claims, making sure listed totals are matching to submitted receipts.
* Monitor and maintain the payroll inbox to make sure all issues are resolved – escalating where necessary.
* Update the queries log so we have a view on repeated issues so we can arrange training or guidance notes.
* Liaise with HR with regards to absence reporting.
* Update the company holiday cards as per the received data – from the requests and timesheets.
* Assist with month end and year end procedures.
* Cover for Payroll Manager as required.
* Ad-hoc tasks as required.
