We are currently recruiting for a large and established payroll services provider who are seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll Team Leader to oversee the large payroll team.
This role will be working remotely with 1 day a week in the office.
The position will be responsible for overseeing efficient payroll delivery for clients across the local government and education sector and ensuring the provision of excellent service delivery through continuous improvement.
Other duties include developing, implementing and maintain processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet changing legislative requirements. Working with the management team to support in training, complex queries and processing LGPS.
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week with 25 days annual leave + competitive benefits package.
The successful candidate will have strong payroll experience, as well as experience with Midland iTrent.
