My client is looking for a payroll administrator to work within a Chartered accountants.

* Liaising with clients on payroll changes and answering payroll and pension queries.
* Managing a portfolio of 80-90 clients each month.
* Processing salaries through Sage 50 payroll and producing reports and payslips for the client, the accounts and audit team.
* Calculating statutory parental leave and sick pay.
* Auto enrolment duties, filing enrolment and re enrolment declarations for the clients.
* Uploading monthly pension files to the pension provider.
* Submitting FPS/EPS and end of year returns to HRMC.
* Producing P60s.
* Monthly payroll analysis for client journals.
* Uploading banking for net salaries to employees and P32 payment and HMRC.
* Submitting monthly furloughs for clients.
* Preparing bills on a quarterly and 6 monthly basis.
* Start to finish Payroll
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills
