My client is a Construction Firm in Yorkshire. In this role you would be working as part of the Payroll team on a large payroll. Our client is looking for an administrator to train as a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager Practice manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll as part of team.

Training to do:

* Monthly payroll
* Full end to end payroll
* Manual Calculations
* Setting up new starters and processing leavers
* Handling all pay queries
* Inputting working hours and deductions to system
* P45’s,P60’s, P11d’s
* HMRC & RTI submissions


* Previous experience doing administration
* Willing to learn and develop
* No nonsense attitude to work
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good systems skills including MS Excel
