* You will be working remotely for 4 days and one a week in the office.
* Working within a team you will be responsible for running multi-sited payrolls from start to finish.
* Knowledge of SMP, SSP Tax and NI essential.
* Process all P45/Starter Checklist forms
* Sending Payslips, P60’s and P45’s for the company
* Answering Payroll and AE queries
* Changing Tax and Student Loans accurately
* Variable pay input
* Responsible for dealing with pension administration including AVC.
* Filing all the monthly payroll documents in either employee files or Audit report files.
* Dealing with 3rd party payments including HMRC.
* Excellent excel skills coupled with good attention to details.
* Knowledge of Itrent desirable.
* Excellent communication skills as you will be point of contact for dealing with and resolving payrolls queries.
