My client based in North Manchester. Has a great opportunity for a part time payroll administrator to take on a sole role. You would be looking after 80 clients and based in the office. Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a part time bases.
Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator you will be reporting directly to the practice Manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly and weekly payroll of the clients.
Responsibilities
* Process timesheets, hours, overtime & allowances
* New starters / leavers.
* SSP/SMP/SPP
* Manage holiday payment calculations.
* Reconcile payroll on a monthly / weekly basis.
* Reporting on a monthly / weekly basis.
* Dealing with payroll queries from employees.
Requirements
* SAGE desirable not essential
* Previous experience doing Payroll administration
* Willing to learn and develop
* No nonsense attitude to work
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good systems skills including MS Excel
