* Strong relationship with the provider
* Co-ordinating the payroll
* Overtime submissions
* Vlookups – need strong Excel
* High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
* Reports, checking cross referencing
* Strong legislation knowledge
* Annual pay review
* Promotions
* 9 – 5.30 – Some Flex
