We are currently working with a fantastic logistics business based in the Stoke are to recruit and experience Payroll administrator, our client one of the leaders in the field are seeking to further strengthen their growing payroll team. As a Payroll officer you will be running payrolls end to end for a number of their business streams, taking responsibility for providing up to date and comprehensive payroll advice and processing all standard deductions and liaising with HMRC.

This is predominantly a working from home position, however there would be an expectation to travel to the office once a week, business need dependant – this wouldn’t necessarily be every week but you need to be within commutable distance from the stoke area.

Responsibilities:

* Processing complex weekly and monthly payrolls, end to end
* Liaising with 3rd party pension providers and HMRC
* Performing manual calculations, processing standard deductions
* Supporting the payroll manager in the production of accurate and timely payrolls
* Year end processes including the preparation of P11D’s and HMRC submissions

The person:

* Fully experienced end to end payroller
* Excellent customer service skills
* Payroll experience, including all year end activities
