We are currently recruiting for a ​9-month contract role based in Wiltshire working as a Payroll Administrator. The client is looking for an immediately available candidate who has 2/3 year’s experience and looking to start a new role ASAP. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

* Support in administration of the monthly payrolls processing payroll changes

* New Starters, Leavers, Transfers

* Offer first line payroll support for employees and line managers
* Support Payroll Supervisor / Manager in other ad hoc duties
* Responsible for checking payslips and reports at payroll validation rectifying identified issues
* Resolution of escalated payroll queries and issues
* Writing/updating payroll procedures and processes
* Awareness of changes to current payroll legislation
* Support Ad hoc projects
* Participate in regular team meetings

Experience required:

* Payroll Administrator in a medium-to-large scale business
* CIPP qualified (desirable)
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of multiple payroll platforms
