We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a long-term contract basis. What you will do:
This is a busy and varied role; key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for making sure all payrolls are processed accurately and on time in line with Payroll deadlines.
* Running payroll integrations from HR to Payroll.
* Liaising with Human Resources (HR) regarding all payroll related queries.
* Dealing with payroll related queries from employees/managers/HR.
* Closing the payrolls ensuring deadlines are met.
* Checking payroll entries made by the payroll team.
* Managing the UK payroll approval process.
* Management accounting reporting.
* Issuing payroll-processing reports to all relevant stakeholders.
* Processing all third party payments e.g., HMRC, Pensions and Pensioner.
* Assist with payroll integration projects.
About you:
* Extensive and up to date knowledge of UK Payroll legislation & processing.
* Experience working in a multinational environment.
* Strong customer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Intermediate excel skills.
* Ability to analyse data and build reports.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong team member with the ability to work as an individual.
