A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an establishe and prestigious institution based in the heart of Oxford – As part of the UK Payroll Team, which currently consists of The Payroll Manager, Payroll Advisor, and two Payroll Administrators, you will support the Payroll Administrators in preparing and processing the monthly payroll of c.2,000 UK employees and c.1,400 UK pensioners to ensure all are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and terms and conditions.
Supporting the Payroll Administrators in accurately and confidentially administering the various payroll processes for workflows covering Starters, Leavers, Absences, Promotions, Salary Increases, Change in Hours, Travel to Work Loans, Overtime, Casuals, Rehires and all Pension Schemes alongside any other relevant payroll process on the monthly task list.
Work with HR Business Partners and Reward Team to ensure correct data is entered and process is followed when managing all elements of employee pay.
Liaise with UK Pensions team with monthly tasks for both the UK Payroll and UK Pensioner payroll whilst assisting with any Pension related payroll queries.
