Main Duties:

* Act as first point of contact for Payroll enquiries
* Inputting, checking, processing and reconciling data on monthly payroll on I-Trent including validation of online Time & Expense claims for overtime and casual hours alongside Pay and Benefits Manager; producing reports for payroll authorisation including BACS; liaising with Finance for submission of BACS file
* Administering Group Personal Pension scheme and liaising with pension provider and financial advisor ensuring compliance with Auto-Enrolment legislation; proactively promote the pension scheme
* Miscellaneous benefit administration including season ticket, gym and bike loans, voluntary health care schemes, Childcare vouchers, Cycle2Work, eye care e-vouchers, GAYE and SAYE. Working with the HR team to promote benefits to staff.
* Administering court orders and Child Maintenance DEO
* Administering parental absences including calculating statutory leave and pay
* Collating data for and compiling furlough calculations in accordance with Job Retention Scheme legislation
* Coordination and administration of employee off-boarding and leaver processes. This includes the administration of staff leaver files, validating final annual leave calculations, producing P45’s and payslips, collating museum swipe cards and house keys
* Production and development of ad-hoc management information reports using I-Trent and Business Objects
* Check online Travel & Expenses claims for staff using the relevant finance payment system/s, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and Museum guidelines, liaising with Finance to ensure prompt payment
