My client is looking for a payroll and finance administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis with. * Running the monthly payrolls end to end
* Travel and Expense Administration
* Fleet Administration
* P11Ds
* Reconciliations and journals
* 3rd party payments
* Reconciliation of payroll related accounts
* Expense Administration and journal upload to accounting system on a timely basis
* Company charge card administration
* Travel administration
* Reconciliation of T&E Accounts
* Duty of Care administration
* Car administration of hire bookings and ordering/cancelling fuel cards
* Checking, coding and approval of various car related invoices
* Administration of the mileage capture system
* Update and submission of P46 car returns and P11Ds for all employees
Experience:
* Minimum 3-year payroll experience gained within an inhouse Payroll/HR
* Experience of accounting and reconciliations
* Proven experience in successfully executing an Administrator role in a fast-paced environment
* Have provided outstanding customer support
* Excellent range of IT skills
* Proactive in introducing efficiencies
