Our client is an information management company with a small European presence who are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient payroll and HR professional to join them and on a full time, permanent basis. This position requires fluency in English and Dutch.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Supporting the people services team in the delivery of an efficient HR & payroll support service.
* Preparation of payrolls across UK and EMEA regions.
* Inputting information required to be sent to the 3rd party payroll provider and maintaining a relationship with the payroll vendor.
* Year end processing including producing benefits and annual statements.
* Calculating sick pay and family pay.
* Providing transactional HR services including raising contracts and advising on various HR matters.
* Supporting on general HR practices and policies.
* Work to ensure continuous improvement.
* Create and review job profiles.
In order to be considered for this position you will:
* Be an experienced payroller – ideally with both UK and EMEA regions.
* Have strong exposure to HR/people service duties.
* Be fluent in English and Dutch.
