The candidate – a driven individual with experience working in a HR Assistant and Generalist role, with exposure to advising on UK employment law. You will have a natural flare for HR and welcome the varied and challenging queries from our 120 employees in the London office with a positive, service driven attitude! A fluent French speaker is essential for this role.
The role – A busy generalist position encompassing HR data management and administration, management of the flexible benefits scheme, advising and coaching Senior Managers on UK employment law, advising and marketing on company benefit schemes, engaging and liaising with third party providers, global mobility responsibility and management of head office recruitment. All with a service-focussed approach and a “can-do” attitude.
