We are partnered with a well known and successful organisation within the charity sector who are looking to hire a Payroll & Pensions Manager on a permanent, full time basis.
This role will take responsibility for leading the payroll & pensions team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple entities. The Payroll Manager will develop and implement KPIs and processes and will oversee the continuous development of the team and payroll function as a whole, with the support of a Deputy Payroll Manager.
The Payroll Manager will lead on developing excellent key stakeholder relationships and ensuring the payroll service is provided efficiently they are in receipt of what is needed and that they are providing the required support.
Other duties include ensuring HMRC returns are completed, processing deductions & payments, liaising with the accounts team and providing payroll reporting.
To be considered for this role, you will have strong payroll and pensions experience as well as experience of managing a payroll team.
