A fantastic new role to join a stable and growing team for a global organisation. This role would demonstrate knowledge of payroll, shares and flexible benefits with continuous reviews of the payroll and reward processes.
Main duties for the role will be to support the administration and coordination of the activities related to the core payroll and reward processes and systems currently used across the company. The role will be responsible for the coordination and processing of data from various sources and the handling as first point of contact and escalation of enquiries.
This is a large, collaborative team environment and would have a two direct reports.
Assisting with the monthly payroll processing from start to finish
Administering all statutory deductions & ensuring accurate submission to the HMRC
Investigate the cause of any payroll errors & resolve all payroll related queries
Work with reward related projects such as salary benchmarking, assisting with annual pay review and bonus payments & be a point of contact for reward & benefit related queries
To be considered for this role, you must have previous payroll & reward experience.
