Working with a global business in the West Midlands who are looking to develop a Payroll Assistant within their high volume payroll. They are looking for someone who would be able to liaise with the other branches of the business so European languages are essential.
They invest heavily in training and development in order to ensure that their employees continuously improve and develop their skills.
The client is looking for professional individuals who are looking to build upon their career within payroll and be able to demonstrate their payroll knowledge within a fast paced environment but still want to learn new challenges every day.
The client is looking for someone who would be able to understand and interpret UK legislation, policies and guidance to ensure that all process are completed on time and in line with national requirements.
This role would be the first point of contact for employees, people managers and Group HR members on employment related administration that support the effective and efficient delivery of payroll procedure to ensure accurate employment records and payroll at all times.
Prepare and process the monthly payroll, to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and their terms and conditions.
