Our client is a well-established and successful Chartered Accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant Manager to join their department.
Key responsibilities of the role include-
* Support with future growth of client base
* Work in conjunction with the Payroll Manager on all payroll related matters
* Assisting with the supervision of the team- allocation of jobs, monitoring the team
* Processing a start to finish payroll for own portfolio of medium to large clients
* RTI submissions and processing end of year forms
* Process manual payroll calculations including NI, salary sacrifice, PAYE, NIC, SMP, SAP, SSP, SPP
* Send BACs payments
* Assist with small client set ups
* Manage client issues
The successful candidate will have experience within a senior/supervisory position. Experience with multiple, high volume payrolls is essential, ideally within a chartered accountancy
