Our client is currently recruiting for a payroll assistant manager to join their team in Northampton. You’ll help businesses to achieve their objectives. You will look after a large team of payroll administrators and executives whilst assisting with the payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

* Work alongside the current payroll assistant manager to oversee and work with the payroll team.
* Assist with projects within the payroll department
* Deal with technical payroll queries.
* Assist with the end to end processing for all internal employees across 3 monthly payroll cycles.


* 3- 5 years start to finish payroll experience
* CIPP qualified of working towards
* Great Excel skills
* Workday experience would be advantageous.

This will be a full time, permanent role consisting of 37.5 hours each week. This role will offer hybrid working with lots of flexibility around start and finish time.
