The Payroll & Benefits Advisor will be responsible for working closely with the HR department ensuring all information are collected and processed in a timely manner as well as maintaining accurate records and resolving all queries. Other responsibilities will include working closely with their outsourced provider to ensure all details are correct, resolve any payroll discrepancies, managing employee benefits which include pension, life assurance, critical illness and P11D and PAYE settlements.
