We are partnered with a multinational organisation within the Financial Services industry, currently looking to hire a professional and dynamic Payroll & Benefits Advisor to sit within their Payroll & Pension function.
As Payroll & Benefits Advisor, you will report into the Payroll & Pension Manager and will work closely with the team to run a fully inhouse UK payroll whilst also providing support to some global regions.
Key responsibilities of the role include-
* Processing UK payroll from end to end, leveraging the support of a third party provider
* Support with wider international payrolls
* Prepare payroll data for Directors and expats
* Maintain benefit data including company cars, medical and pension
* P11D production
* Process cost journals
* Involvement in projects and system upgrades
Experienced required –
* Strong UK payroll legislation
* Inhouse payroll processing experience
* SD Worx experience is highly desirable
* Experience of project work
* Global payroll experience is desirable
This role will be a mix of in office and remote working.
