A Payroll & Pensions Manager is required for a large employer based in Surrey – this is a permanent role.
Reporting directly into senior management, this role will take responsibility for a large volume payroll function and manage a large team on a daily basis.
Responsible for a complex and varied UK payroll, the Payroll & Pensions Manager will ensure that all payrolls are processed accurately and on time – HMRC submissions are timely and all statutory compliance are met. Additionally, the Payroll & Pensions Manager will also assist with the administration of multiple pension schemes for the group.
The Payroll & Pensions Manager will manage a large team on a daily basis – carrying out one to ones, appraisals, regular catch ups. Identify areas of training and development.
