Our client within the construction industry is looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Service Delivery Manager to join their team and report into the Head of Payroll – supporting them in managing the team and ensuring accurate payroll delivery.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Lead and contribute on payroll strategies and projects
* Assist the payroll supervisor in allocating staffing support
* Hands on with monthly and weekly processing
* Ensuring P11Ds are produced on time
* Assist in the review of T&A systems
* Assist with payroll & HR systems implementations and projects
* Reconciling HMRC accounts

Experience required:

* Hands payroll processing and proven experience with people management
* Confident with P11Ds
* Payroll implementation experience

This position will be based from home temporarily with long term hybrid working.
