Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team

Duties include;

* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
* Calculating and ensuring SSP, SMP and SPP calculations are correct
* Ensuring accrued holidays get paid
* Adding all new starters into the systems
* Check Holidays Accrued every week are correct
* Processing, Sickness pay Maternity Notices, change of details forms and Leavers forms
* Leavers final pay is calculated correctly ensuring the correct holiday pay is calculated and any final deductions
* Processing all tax documentation, P45, P60, P11D, etc
* Maintaining accurate records on sick/maternity/parental leave
* Processing expenses
* Answering queries from staff or provider
* Using Excel Need to have formulas, vlookups and pivot tables
