A successful charity based in Bristol are seeking a Payroll Co-ordinator to join their growing team. They are processing a large and complex payroll so require someone with strong payroll knowledge.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
* Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
* Direct the preparation of payroll related documents
* Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
* Compile data from payroll sources
* Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
* Actioning furlough on payslips and completing furlough claims
* Helping with the on/off boarding of clients
* Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
* Assisting the director with tasks to be completed
* Making payments to staff HMRC and pension companies
* Entering starter forms
* Updating tax codes
This is a great role in a company with a lovely environment. This role will be initially WFH then office based. The successful candidate will have strong in-house payroll experience from start to finish.
