An incredible opportunity has arisen working for a truly global business on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will onboard candidates remotely and will be remote working for the foreseeable.

As Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

* Processing a portfolio of clients using STAR
* Reviewing payrolls prepared by other team members
* Preparing of payroll journals and bespoke pension reports using excel
* Dealing with payroll queries raised by internal and external client contacts and initiating the appropriate action to ensure that queries can be resolved speedily
* Providing technical assistance and mentoring to junior members of the payroll team
* Dealing with year-end routines including P11Ds
* Setting up of payrolls for new clients, including transition from previous provider and dealing with HMRC and third party correspondence including PAYE registration
