My client is looking for a payroll finance administrator to work within their catering logistics company,

Job Role:

* Process all aspects of Payroll function accounting and maintain up to date balance sheet reconciliations
* Perform Payroll balance sheet reconciliations and report these on Blackline by agreed deadlines
* Monthly review with Payroll manager to discuss the status of balance sheets
* Regular reviews with Finance Directors or their teams to discuss the status of balance sheets
* Run and create all payroll journals, ensuring these are uploaded to GP by agreed deadlines
* Build & maintain a relationship with key business stakeholders
* Assist Payroll team with reports and excel spreadsheets
