We are currently recruiting for a large and established payroll services provider who are seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll & HR Operations Manager to oversee the large payroll & HR team.
This role will be temporarily remote with some flexibility to work from home on a long term basis.
The position will be responsible for overseeing efficient payroll delivery for clients across the local government and education sector and ensuring the provision of excellent service delivery through continuous improvement.
Other duties include developing, implementing and maintain processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet changing legislative requirements. Working as part of the management team to develop strategy, planning, budget and performance management.
Working hours are 37 hours a week with 25 days annual leave + competitive benefits package.
The successful candidate will have strong team management experience, as well as experience with Midland iTrent. HR exposure is a bonus but by no means essential
