Our client is seeking a commercially minded and dynamic Payroll & HR Lead to join them on a permanent basis to oversee and manage Payroll & HR functions across the group.
This role will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to support them in terms of reviewing current processes and driving innovation.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Taking responsibility for the delivery of services to clients
* Ensuring overall compliance with legislation
* Lead on all aspects ensuring best practice
* Review current processes and introduce efficiencies and automation
* Identify new business opportunities
* Manage the P&L
* Senior leadership experienced within a payroll and HR function
* Experience of change management/driving efficiencies and processes within payroll
This role will be based in the Worcester office with some flexibility of remote working. Travel to the London sites will also be required.
Working hours will be 37 hours a week and this role comes with a car allowance, 25 days annual leave and defined contribution pension.
