Portfolio Payroll are currently working with large business in Liverpool who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Implementation Manager. They are looking for someone who has experience as a Payroll Manager along with implementation process.
* Assist in delivering the implementation of a new Payroll system
* Training and directing the team on new system process and procedures
* Roll out of system to wider business such as HR and liaising with senior managers and stakeholders.
* Systems testing and analysis of data.
* After initial implementation move into a business-as-usual payroll manager position
* Full end to end high volume payroll
* Deliver payroll, pensions, and benefits within a large organisation.
* Deliver monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits.
* SMP, SSP, SPP.
* P45, P60’s P45’s P11d and Year-End Process.
* Processing Pensions
* contribute to continuous improvement.
* Work with third party suppliers to ensure they are delivering a comprehensive service to colleagues.
* Provide payroll advice and complex query resolution.
* Previous experience of implementation of systems
* Previous experience of implementing procedures and process’s
* Training and development
* Liaising with stakeholders and senior managers
* Leading and co-ordinating a team.
