A Payroll Manager is currently needed for a very well-known business on a permanent basis.
As the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for a small team and a complex payroll across a monthly and weekly basis. You will provide a robust in house payroll solution- ensuring that all statutory deductions are made accurately and on time, all submissions are made to HMRC in a timely fashion & any payroll queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
You will drive the department forward, make positive changes and improvements and take full ownership of the department.
Additionally, the Payroll Manager will also lead a small payroll team – this will include carrying out appraisals, one to ones, devising development plans and identifying areas of training.
