A Payroll Manager is being recruited for Educational body based in Luton – this is a permanent role.
* As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for multiple different payrolls on a monthly basis – overseeing all statutory deductions, HMRC submissions and year-end.
* Additionally, you will prepare BACS files ready for payment resolving any escalated payroll related queries; be responsible for multiple different pension schemes available at the organisation.
* The Payroll Manager will manage and motivate staff within the Payroll team on a daily basis and work with team to identify areas of training and development.
* In order to be considered for this role, it would be desirable if candidate have previous experience of working within payroll for an educational establishment.
