We are currently supporting a Chartered Accountancy based in Braintree who are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to take on a permanent, full time Payroll Manager. This role has come about due to continued growth and success.
This role will oversee a team of 3 and will oversee timely and accurate delivery of multiple clients payroll
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Training and development of the payroll team
* Delegating workload
* Manage a portfolio of clients
* Building long term relationships with clients
* Dealing with RTI, pension and Auto Enrolment
* Communicating with HMRC to resolve payroll queries
In order to be successful you will:
* End to end, high volume payroll experience, ideally within a bureau or accountancy
* Experience of people management of at least one
* Be adaptable and dynamic with excellent work ethic
* Be confident with multi-frequency payrolls and working within a fast paced environment
This is an incredible opportunity for a Payroll Senior/Supervisor to take a step up, or an experienced Payroll Manager to further develop their payroll career in a supportive environment.
