Working with a fantastic, results orientated and growing client that is looking to make further developments with their payroll department.

Main duties include:

* Managing and supporting the payroll team
* Processing multiple payrolls from start to finish, using multiple systems.
* Maintaining team member records
* Onboarding new team members
* Terminating leavers
* Processing auto enrolment pensions with various schemes
* Processing attachment orders
* Processing P45s and statutory payments SMP, SPP, SSP, SPL and SPBL
* Filling RTI reports
* Processing BACs payments to employees, HMRC and third parties through multiple bank accounts and systems.
* Using multiple payroll systems to process payrolls.
* Maintaining and updating the HCM system to meet the companies requirements.
* Reconciling month end reports and submitting EPS
* Pulling/setting up reports from the system for managers and HODs

The client in this instance is looking for motivated individuals who want to be able to push themselves forward within an innovative payroll department. Demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements with a high level of accuracy and detail.

This is a great analytical environment that would provide training and exposure to UK, as well as payroll implementations and process improvements.
