Our client is a not-for-profit organisation based in London who are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave.
As Payroll Manager, you will oversee a small team of two and will report into the Head of Finance; responsible for overseeing the day to day payroll delivery.
Responsibilities include but will be limited to:
* Processing an end to end monthly payroll.
* Payment run of staff expenses twice a month.
* Liaise with pension providers.
* Coordinate between finance and HR.
* Prepare calculations for annual P11D reporting of expenses and benefits.
* Payroll project lead.
* Implementation of annual legislation changes.
* Extensive in-house payroll experience.
* Strong people management experience.
* Agresso/Unit 4 system experience is desirable.
This role offers extensive flexibility for remote working with occasional monthly trips to the South East London office.
