Our Leeds based client is currently recruiting an experienced payroll Administrator to join their team in the city centre. Joining an established team is a fantastic opportunity to develop your payroll knowledge and skills. Supporting a variety of clients with all payroll activities, being the first point of contact for all payroll queries. This would be a hybrid working role office and home working available.
Supporting the Payroll Manager in the delivery of a number of client payrolls, accurately and in a timely manner.
* Processing the end to end Payroll across a number of client payrolls.
* Manipulation of data within Excel, posting data to accounts journals.
* Processing weekly, monthly and 4 weekly payrolls.
* Year-end processes include the preparation of P11D’s and HMRC submissions.
* Experienced end to end payroller.
* Client payroll experience would be an advantage.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Payroll experience, including all year-end activities and journal posting.
