We are partnered with a global media organisation with major hubs in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll & Pensions Manager to join their small payroll function and lead on payroll delivery and necessary transformation projects.
As Payroll & Pensions Manager you will report into the Head of People Operations and will oversee one direct report.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Oversee processing of multiple in-house and complex payrolls.
* Streamlining of payroll and pension processes.
* Implement new ways of working.
* Ensure tax and pension compliance.
* Stakeholder management.
* Create communication and employee engagement around pension topics.
* Assist with transformation projects.
* Lead on the transition from ADP Freedom to ADP IHCM.
* Coach and manage the payroll controller.
Experienced required:
* ADP experience is essential – ideally ADP Freedom.
* People Management experience within a payroll function.
* Experience with change management/payroll projects.
* Experience with multiple and complex payrolls.
This role will be based in the London office 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for remote working the remainder of the time.
