I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Consultant for a reputable corporate services company based in West London! The right candidate will have strong technical payroll experience and good communication skills.

Key responsibilities

* Managing the whole payroll function from start to finish
* Assisting with the implementation of their new software
* Supporting the international clients expansion
* Setting up and onboarding new clients
* Processing P11D’s
* Having an indepth understanding of complicated payroll issues
* Registration of new hires, terminations, employment changes in employment register
* Processing deducations, benefits, bonuses and new salaries

Skills required

* Must have good technical payroll experience
* Self motivated and hardworking
* Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Confident when speaking
* Excellent telephone manner – clear and well spoken
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Assistance when required with Internal Audits and HM Revenue & Customs Compliance Audits
