We are partnered with a global logistics organisations who are seeking an experienced, hands on and dynamic Payroll, Reward & Benefits Manager.
This role will report into the HR Manager and will oversee a Payroll & Benefits Advisor, ensuring the UK payroll is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities of the role include-
* Oversee the UK Payroll & Benefits function with a remit across Europe for reward strategy, salary banding and annual reviews
* Prepare monthly pay cycle for all offices
* Year end activities
* Annual payroll audit
* Expat payroll
* Annual benefit & pension renewals
* Pay and bonus review process across UK & Europe
* Benchmarking, competitor analysis
* Annual budget preparation
Experienced required –
* Demonstratable people management experience within a payroll function
* A passion for payroll & benefits and the desire to grow within the reward function
* System savvy and able to coordinate across UK & Europe
* ADP experience is highly desirable
* CIPP qualification is desirable
