* As part of our HR department, the Payroll team is responsible for thousands of employees across 23 different countries. Bringing your payroll experience to a supportive, dedicated and very friendly HR team in an iconic, internationally successful and ever-expanding business with ambitious growth plans.
* You will be involved in SAP related payroll processes to ensure that all of the employees get paid accurately and on time. You will be part of a small, friendly team and work closely with them to ensure that processes are effective, up-to-date and internationally compliant. The client in this instance wants their payroll service to be a high standard.
* Proven experience of working within a payroll environment, specifically with an understanding of statutory payment and deduction processing and the handling of sensitive data. Strong IT skills including SAP Payroll means you’re equipped to handle their systems. Demonstrating a good understanding of payroll principles relating to the calculation of up to gross and gross to net, RTI, Pension Auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice will be important.
* Ideally CIPP qualified or part qualified, you’ll also be well-organised, detail conscious, and comfortable working at pace to strict deadlines. You understand the importance of payroll to a global organisation and you will use your skills and expertise to maintain the reputation for international excellence.
