A leader in their industry this central London based employer are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll specialist on an temporary basis for an initial 6 month period. This is a hybrid position working 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days remotely. There is also an option for this role to go temporary to permanent, although this is not guaranteed.
You will join a large payroll team of 8 responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the companies multiple weekly and monthly UK payrolls totalling over 7500 employees from start to finish. You will take ownership of 1 companies payroll within the group and be responsible for the delivery of a payroll of 800 from start to finish using ADP payroll software. This role represents an opportunity to take ownership of your own payroll and process while still taking advantage of being in a team structure of support.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate significant experience processing high volume monthly payrolls from start to finish. You should have a good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and a good understanding of how to calculate deductions such overpayents, maternity, sickness payments, Tax and National Insurance.
